“Telephone helplines are useless to disabled people. For example, NHS Scotland should have emergency email helplines for deaf people. Text helplines are useless to those who live in areas where there is no signal for mobiles. Terms and conditions in small print should be banned.”
“I agree that many organisations should go for inclusive communication as it would improve their service delivery.However the cost implications would have to be considered”
“Use of signs can be difficult as interpretation varies. For example £ sign could be seen as actually offering money or as advice about money. What seems obvious to one can seem to be quite different to another.”
